Payment and Prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summarized in the checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
- SVEA, direct payment by card, by invoice and account.
- Swish

Deliveries and Returns
We offer the following delivery methods:

Via Postnord with delivery costs from 59 SEK to a maximum of 99 SEK.
Delivery terms are also specified at checkout under each delivery method. If not specified, a 30-day delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it will be stated next to the respective item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example, if our supplier or carrier cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Company Invoice
Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit check is carried out, which may involve obtaining a credit report. Payment terms: The due date and other terms for company invoices are stated on the invoice. For invoice payments, payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be charged, as well as an interest rate of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments related to the invoice shall be made to Svea Bank. GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the company customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims we have transferred to Svea Bank.

Unclaimed Shipments
Packages not collected from the agent and returned to us will be charged to you, the customer, with 150 SEK in return and handling fees.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery.
14-day right of withdrawal
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or the majority of it). The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, unused and in its original box.
If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function, and this has led to the returned item being of lesser value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation from the amount to be refunded. The depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for the return costs when you send the item back.
